Our goal at The Fine Thyme is to be open daily, but due to the fact that this is a small family business, we suggest you call ahead to avoid the disappointment of arriving to find us closed. About The Fine Thyme

The vision of Connie Muller-Thym was brought to life in 2009. The Fine Thyme offers a collection of fine furniture, home furnishings and accessories in various styles.

Our mission is to provide quality furniture and accessories at affordable prices. We base our prices on what we pay for something and not what we think it is worth. If we get a deal on something, we pass that on to our customers. All of our pieces are very good quality but may have imperfections or damage as a result of gentle usage. We ask that you inspect your purchases carefully as all sales are final.

We want to be the type of shop that you want to return to again and again to see all the new treasures we have in the shop. We are constantly updating our inventory to keep it interesting.

If we don’t have what you are looking for, we will work to find it. Speak to one of our staff and we will take down your search and assist you with finding what you are looking for.

Meet Connie

Connie Muller-Thym was born and raised in Cecil County and is operating two businesses in our county. She is the owner and a Mediator for Resolution Services, Inc., an Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice. She offers Mediation, Training and Coaching services to the community.

Connie worked in Florida for approximately 20 years and returned to Maryland in 2006. She opened Resolution Services, Inc. in 2007 and it is located on Main Street in Elkton, Maryland.

Upon returning home, Connie started collecting fine furniture and accessories by attending local estate auctions. She learned that she can purchase beautiful pieces of furniture for affordable prices and she can pass this savings on to her customers. While shopping at The Fine Thyme, customers will always notice that prices are affordable, the shop is always clean and the staff is happy to provide service. We love our location on Main Street. We have a lot of regulars that stop in and we work to keep things interesting.
